MATH COURSE PREREQUISITES WORK | SUMMER 2026
This site includes review packets prepared by Berkshire School teachers that cover the prerequisite material for each course. Students should use the navigation bar at the top of this page (or the three lines in the upper left on a mobile device) to locate the page for the class they are enrolled in for the 2026-2027 school year and work through the material in their class packet.
Students are expected to possess a strong understanding of the prerequisite concepts and skills for their course, as their course builds upon that content. As such, class time will not be allocated for their review. Students in advanced level and AP courses should expect to be tested on the prerequisite material during the first week of school.
Required summer work for AP courses: Students enrolled in AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Computer Science A will have required assignments to complete over the summer. Mr. Pillai will communicate directly to students with more information about these assignments by June 15.
There will be a couple of days at the beginning of school to connect with teachers during office hours or to use the Math Resource Center (MRC) in order to go over questions, but there are also great resources on the internet that students should use to go over material with which they are not feeling confident.
