Fellowship Qualifying Criteria & process
The Berklee Abu Dhabi Fellowship consists of funds made available to support students from the Middle East, North Africa and South Asian regions in their pursuit of studies at Berklee programs.
Applicants to the Berklee Abu Dhabi Fellowship are required to:
Be from one of the following countries United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Morocco, Turkey, Yemen, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
Have attended at least one paid program at Berklee Abu Dhabi.
Submit a CV and an essay stating what they hope to get from attending Berklee and how they plan to contribute and give back to society.
Agree to join the Berklee Abu Dhabi Fellow Network, which may include providing free master classes or mentorship sessions for aspiring professionals or participating in promotional activities for Berklee Abu Dhabi.

After completing the form you will be contacted by a Berklee advisor with further steps.
Submit supporting documents ( CV and essay ) as instructed by Berklee advisor and fulfill all requirements by January 15th.
Important Note: the admission process to Berklee programs is a separate process that is required to fully qualify for Berklee Abu Dhabi Fellowship funds. You may initiate such process directly on the respective Berklee program pages or request further guidance on how to do so when contacted by a Berklee Advisor. Berklee Abu Dhabi Fellowship funds are limited and will only be awarded to applicants that meet all the requirements and criteria on a first come first serve basis. Fellowships will only be awarded as permitted by and consistent with then-applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, and Berklee policies and procedures, including but not limited to: all OFAC and ITAR regulations and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
