Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Goeden. This is my sixth year as the library media specialist at MacArthur Middle School. I bring to this position more than ten years of public and school library experience. I earned my bachelor's degree in astronomy from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and my master's degree in instructional technology from Northern Illinois University. Some of my favorite books are Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, The Dark Days Club, Stalking Jack the Ripper, Wolf by Wolf, Scythe, Illuminae, Shatter Me, The Lunar Chronicles, and The Folk of the Air. In addition to reading, I enjoy watching movies and TV series, listening to music, swimming in the pool, walking, bike-riding, and sports, such as gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey. I am very excited for another year working with the students in Berkeley SD 87.
