Nutrition and health is something that is very personal to me as someone who has struggled with eating health, non-processed foods due to unhealthier processed foods being the more convenient and cheaper option during my childhood. The US, among other countries, is unfortunately afflicted with an obesity epidemic because of highly processed foods and large servings. My goal for this project was to uncover some of the trends ongoing in the world currently with obesity.

Closing Notes: My original intention was to examine the impacts of education and socioeconomic status on obesity as well. Unfortunately, the dataset I found had a number of problems and I was unable to clean the data enough to perform an analysis on that aspect. I would like to analyze that in the future.
