The video shows a metal scoopula being used to transfer portions of fine yellow powder from a brown glass reagent bottle to a piece of weighing paper on a laboratory scale. The metal cover is placed on top of the scale platform and the cap is screwed back onto the brown reagent bottle. The screen on the scale reads “0.243 g.”

sodium nitrite

The video shows a gloved hand loosening the cap on a brown glass reagent bottle. The video zooms out to show a laboratory scale. The metal cover on the scale platform is removed and a piece of weighing paper is added to the scale. The metal cover is replaced and the scale reading is reset to zero before the metal cover is removed again. Now the glass reagent bottle is fully uncapped and a metal scoopula is used to transfer small portions of fine white powder from the bottle to the weighing paper. The bottle is recapped, the metal scale cover replaced one more time, and the scale screen is shown to read “0.099 g.”

Dissolve the amine.
