RTG Research Workshop
Dates: May 2-May 6, 2022
Purpose: The purpose of the workshop is to bring together students and faculty for a week of focused activity to learn about new developments and research areas. The workshop will have lecture series in the mornings and discussion/problem solving sessions in the afternoons in small groups.
Topics: The morning lecture series are as follows:
Henri Darmon (McGill University): Rigid meromorphic cocycles
Kai-Wen Lan (University of Minnesota): Logarithmic Riemann--Hilbert correspondences for rigid varieties
Peter Wear (University of Utah): Perfectoid spaces and weight-monodromy; Perfectoid covers of abelian varieties

Friday: Presentations by the working groups 10-11:30.
