We are always excited to have new students join our organization! Reflejos de Mexico is open to all UC Berkeley Students. We encourage prospective members to attend informational(s) our organization hosts at the beginning of each term.

Do I need prior experience to join?
Do I need prior experience to join?
No! Reflejos welcome's any UC Berkeley student who is interested and enthusiastic about learning traditional Mexican folk dance to join our group. Our group offers two classes: a beginners class and an intermediate/advanced class. Students are encouraged to attend the class (es) that best suit their dance level.

There are no tryout! Any UC Berkeley student is welcome to join. No prior experience required!

Our groups is always expanding on learning dances from different regions! These are the regions we currently have costumes for:
Sinaloa
Veracruz
Tamaulipas
Jalisco
Nuevo Leon
Guerrero
Michoacán
Yucatan
*Costumes are provided by our organization! Students will NOT have to purchase their own.
