Project Overview
Our project aims to revolutionize youth mental health support by integrating advanced AI with psychoanalytic theory to enhance the capacity of educators and mental health professionals to intervene with children’s condition at an early stage in an affordable, scalable and professional manner. Our goal is to enhance care for children and safeguard our future by combining human expertise with AI.
Our advanced web-based application leverages AI to interpret children’s drawings, classify their characteristics, and generate insights based on the Kinetic-house-tree-person drawing theories. This application is empowered by a fine-tuned image classification model and the latest large language model with careful consideration of feature selection and model evaluation. This project highlights the potential of AI to augment mental health assessments, enhancing the accessibility, affordability, and personalization of care.
