Shade tents can be used to provide shade over a work site or act as cool locations for breaks during hot weather.

The shade tent pops out to 10x10 feet. It has a canopy and is stored in a bag with handles. It weighs 22 pounds. 

Collapsible chairs are intended for breaks, especially during hot weather. They are lightweight and easy to transport.

The chairs are stored in bags with handles and weigh less than 4 pounds. They are rated for up to 250 pounds.

The flashlights take AAA batteries, which are provided by the program. There are five light modes, and the light is zoomable. It can reach up to 220 meters. It is waterproof. 

The headlamps take AAA batteries, which are provided by the program. The light will reach up to 80 meters away. There are 7 light modes, including red LED for night vision. The lamps are water resistant.

Dry bags are available in a variety of sizes: 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, and 20L. Each is secured with a buckle and has a D ring which can be used to attach the bag to something with a carabiner. 

For work involving the potential for small fires (campfires, fires from lithium batteries, etc), we provide fire blankets. They are 40 inches squared and fold to be 8.5x12.9 inches. These blankets are intended to be used in an emergency, not for frequent use putting out campfires. They are reusable. 

Walkie Talkie pairs will be available for loan. All pairs are “long range” and can operate at up to three miles apart, with recommended use distances of 0.5-1 mile away. Battery powered and rechargeable units are available. Batteries will last 8-96 hours of use. 

The glasses are made from clear polycarbonate. 

They are impact and scratch resistant. 

Each roadside emergency kit contains one flare and six small traffic cones.  

Water jugs are intended to store potable water. They can collapse become flat. 

The branded neon safety jackets are bright orange with the UC Berkeley RCNR logo. We offer sizes S/M, L/XL, and 2XL/3XL. They have front pockets for storage and grey lines of reflective taping on the front and back. 

To identify personal vehicles as part of UC Berkeley projects, you can request one of our large car magnets. They are 11.5 inches wide and 18 inches long. They will stick to any part of the car body that is magnetic.
