Entomology Club is a fun group of bug-lovers who come together to explore interesting topics in entomology and arthropod biodiversity! In addition to weekly meetings, we aim to facilitate hands-on learning and practice in everything from collection and identification to raising live insects.
Fall 2027 meetings are 6:00-7:00pm on Mondays infront of Dwinelle hall, at Berkeley time we will find an unoccupied room in the building which will be posted in the Discord.
The first meeting will take place on Monday 9/14 in the Essig Museum (VLSB 1170) (If you're locked out of the building email calbugclub@gmail.com)

We'd like to highlight Essig Brunch, a weekly seminar series run by graduate students in Arthropod Science! It's open to the public and features local and visiting researchers presenting a wide range of entomology topics, so definitely check it out!Â
In past semesters, the seminars have been held on Fridays from 10-11am, both in-person in 2063 VLSB and on Zoom. Campus COVID regulations strongly recommends all people to be masked within VLSB.
