I am interested in questions at the intersection of higher education, innovation and entrepeneurship. I examine how the research, teaching and third mission roles of universities can be oriented towards engaging with some of pressing public challenges and achieving social outcomes. I am intersted in systemic, policy and organisational transformations of higher education, innovation and entrepreneurial systems, and universities to be able to achieve these goals.

I obtained my Doctorate in Education from UCL Institute of Education, University College London. Prior to that, I obtained my MBA from the University of Oxford, MS from the University of California Berkeley, and B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I was a visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, a teaching fellow at UCL, and a faculty at the FLAME University, Pune, India. Before joining academia, I worked for 15 years with GE, Yahoo!, and the Indian School of Business (ISB).
