Data Analysis

To accurately determine the equivalence points, we compute the first derivative of the titration curve. This can be done in Logger Pro or with the LabQuest unit.

The first derivative (dotted line) shows maximums when the slope of the curve is steepest, which coincides with the equivalence points of the titration.
