Repeat the spotting, developing, and visualization steps from part 1 with a new plate.
Recall that lane 1 is caffeine, lane 2 is your assigned unknown compound, and lane 3 is ibuprofen. The developing solvent is 10:10:1 toluene : ethyl acetate : acetic acid.

Copy down the stained plate, making sure to label the compound spotted in each lane of the plate, the solvent used to develop the plate, the solvent front, and how each spot was visualized. Then, calculate Rf values for each spot.
