Part 1: Too big!

You develop Plate 1D and visualize it under a UV lamp.

As you can see, the spots on Plate 1D were too large. Large spots can run into each other, and they will generally be more difficult to analyze. Try spotting your plate again, this time being careful not to leave your spotter on the plate for very long.
