Collaboration Process:
Step1:
Initial Consultation
We connect with companies to understand their specific project needs and objectives. This initial discussion helps us tailor our student resources to best fit the client's requirements.
Step2:
Candidate Selection
Companies review our pool of skilled students and select candidates who best match their needs. We support various screening formats, including written assessments and interviews, to ensure the perfect fit.
Step3:
Project Collaboration
Once selected, our student consultants work on the projects, dedicating 20+ hours per week. Clients are encouraged to engage in the process with at least 30 minutes of collaboration each week, ensuring alignment and progress.
Step 4:
Project Delivery
At the end of the engagement, our students provide comprehensive reports and insights, delivering actionable solutions that meet the client’s goals.

Recruiting Events and Information Sessions
We also host a variety of informational sessions and recruiting events, offering companies a unique platform to connect with and attract top talent.
Our partnership with KONE is a prime example of this success. KONE recruits from our pool of students every year, and our students consistently excel in their full-time roles at the company. We look forward to building similar, mutually beneficial ecosystems with other companies, fostering a cycle of growth and excellence.
