Local Curriculum

In New Zealand, schools have been gifted unprecedented opportunity and flexibility to both implement and interpret the national curriculum in ways that fit their students and their community. This allows all stakeholders (teachers, principals, wider staff members, Boards or Trustees, parents and whānau) to work collaboratively and cooperatively to create a truly unique learning experiences for their students in their school.

These documents help tell the story of our localised curriculum. Each document is unique but works together to help create the framework for teaching and learning in our school.
