POSITION PAPERS
Position Papers are due to chairs the day of the conference. Please note that specialized delegates must submit a position paper as well. Delegates must email an electronic copy ahead of time to the chairs so that they can be collected. (Alternatively, if a delegate would like to submit a hard-copy at the start of the first committee session to the chairs, they may do so.) You must write a position paper on each topic in your committee's guide, unless you are specifically instructed otherwise by either this website or by your chair.

Please enter the BCA Campus by 9:00am through the main entrance, which is on left when facing the school.
From 9:00am to 9:45am, Opening Ceremony will be held.
From 9:45am to 5:15pm, committee will be in session. Depending on which committee the delegate is a part of, lunch will either be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Pizza will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a home lunch. A 15-minute break will be held from 3:30pm to 3:45pm.
Closing Ceremony will be held from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. Committee awards will also be given to delegates during this time. Dismissal will immediately follow Closing Ceremony. You will be dismissed at the main entrance in an orderly fashion.
All delegates will be provided with a copy of this schedule in their folders during registration.

Any physical assault upon a secretariat, chair, staffer, or fellow delegate will not be tolerated.
Seriously threatening the safety of any secretariat, chair, staffer, or fellow delegate will not be tolerated.
Thievery or damage of classroom items, CandyGram goods, or any other BCA possessions will not be tolerated.
