Refund Policy & Procedures

Refunds are eligible for the following:

  1. When the school cancels a course, 100% refund will be made automatically.

  2. When a student wishes to withdraw from a course, a refund must be requested in writing. It must be received by the EMS Training Center within 2 weeks after the start of the class. NO Refunds will be given to students who have attended 1 or more class sessions.

  3. Failure to attend class does not constitute an official withdrawal.

Refund Procedure:

To apply for a refund, the student must send a written request in accordance with # 2 above to:

Refund Payments:

Refunds will normally be issued by check directly to the student and take 8-10 weeks. Exceptions may be made with the written authorization of the student, or in the case of where a business/employer has a direct billing arrangement with the school. A student may request a refund to be issued to a third party providing there is evidence that the original payment was made by that party. (eg a check in another person's name, a wire transfer from another party, or if payment by the third party was witnessed.) We will as a practice make a note of a third party payment on our documentation.

Textbook Refunds:

All textbooks are Non-Refundable, all sales are final.
