The Bergen County Board of Commissioners and Board of Technical Education have made a major commitment to Emergency Medical Services training in Bergen County. This modern training center is equipped with the latest computerization and presentation equipment and state-of-the-art demonstration and teaching aids.

Our next EMT-Basic class will be in the Summer 2025. The Summer 2025 class is only open to members of a volunteer ambulance squad in Bergen County. The seats are VERY limited!

The schedule for this class is Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. There are also 2 Fridays. In-person classes begin on June 30th and end on August 8th. There will be a mandatory orientation session on June 17th in the evening.

Tuition (if you live in Bergen County) is $1,500 + $250 in books. If you do not live in Bergen County, there is a $25 additional Out of County Fee that applies. The tuition is due at the time of registration. We do not offer any payment plans.
