Common Team Expectations

Common Team Expectations:

• One person speaks at a time.

• Students will raise their hands and wait to be called before speaking.

• Students will listen to and follow directions the first time.

• Students will  only use appropriate language and will always treat others with respect

• Students will keep their hands and feet to themselves.

• Students will come to class with the proper materials. Students' Chromebooks will be fully charged upon arrival to school.

Common Team Consequences:

• On our team, webe using the school wide PBIS system. When the students are behaving respectfully, responsibly, and safe, they earn PBIS tickets.  Any behavior that could be considered unsafe, disrespectful or irresponsible could result in loss of weekly points. 

Hall Passes:

Students must have their id visible (once available) and take the class pass whenever they leave the classroom to use the restroom, go to their lockers, go to another classroom, etc. 

Using the bathroom:

Students may use the restrooms during class but not during direct instruction. In addition, students must always bring their class pass to the restrooms. Students will sign out using digital pass system. Only one student may be out of the room at a time.  Emergencies will be handled on a case by case situation. 

Water Bottle: 

Students may bring WATER only into the classroom,  any other drinks should stay in lockers and go to lunch.
