Grades P-2: The student must have earned a score of 2 or higher on their standards-based report card.
Grades 3-5: The student must have earned a GPA of 2.0 (C average) or higher, with no Fs.
Complete the i-Ready Diagnostic and achieve minimum entrance scores in math AND reading.
Kindergarten students must complete the Brigance Screener and be identified as Kindergarten Ready.
History of success in a virtual setting
If enrolled in a Berea Community school during the 2020-2021 school year, a committee may analyze grades, notes from teachers and principals in Infinite Campus, and consult students’ previous teachers.
If not enrolled in a Berea Community school during the 2020-2021 school year, the student will provide evidence of success in a prior school setting, such as homeschool.
Sign the Electronic User Agreement (Acceptable Use Policy).

Have no outstanding fees for a device or device damage.
A team will review your application materials, and any other relevant considerations, to determine each student's eligibility.
If accepted, you will need to attend an orientation meeting, which may be offered in-person or via Zoom.
