Enrollment Information

Interested in attending Benzie Academy?

• See Mrs. Jones in the athletic office for an application (7th through 12th grades)

• Filling out an application does not guarantee that you are accepted.

• If you are accepted you are there for the school year.

• 6th graders are accepted on a case by case basis

• Applications are considered TWO weeks prior to the semester beginning. All applications submitted after this, will be considered for the next semester start

Applications must be filled out completely and signed in order to be valid.

Students who are not residents of our district, must fill out a School of Choice application.

• Immunizations - Consent Form 

• Online Parent Permissions (Please fill out along with your application)

Parent Permissions are needed to be enrolled in online courses.

Students who are 18 years of age or older, may sign themselves.
