Parent Orientation - Tuesday August 18, 2026

Location:  Bentonville West Black Box @ 6:00 PM

All parents/guardians enrolled in the orchestra program- please come to the Orchestra Orientation where we will share important information about the upcoming year, including events, fundraisers, orchestra fees, travel, and ways you can support your student.

This year, we are excited to introduce a new platform called CutTime, which we will use to help manage orchestra finances, events, communication, and more. We will provide an overview of the platform and help you get started.

Please make plans to attend—you won’t want to miss this important meeting as we kick off another great year of Orchestra!
