Thank you for volunteering and helping make our fundraiser a success!

If you encounter a conflict with your position, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fill your spot.
Arrival: Check in with the Volunteer Coordinator that will be located at the main entrance of the building.
Full-Day Volunteers: Enjoy a free meal, with details provided during check-in.
Hospitality Room: Be sure to visit our hospitality room for refreshments.
Communication: If any issues arise during the event, please text one of the event organizers listed in the sign-up.

Not a Volunteer but Interested in Helping Out?

We appreciate all the support we can get! If you're not a registered volunteer but would like to help at the NWA High Stakes Clash, there are still ways to get involved:

Sign Up to Volunteer: We have various roles available! Some roles can be filled by students, but certain positions require adult volunteers. To sign up, please click here or on the link provided below or you are welcome to reach out to Ms. Sandoval at ssandoval@bentonvillek12.org for more information.
Donate Concession Items: Help us keep our concession stand stocked by donating food or drinks we can sell during the tournament. All proceeds support our robotics program. Donations can be dropped off at the Bentonville High School main office starting January 6, 2025. Please note that the donation is for the BHS Robotics Team Concession Stand if dropping off at Bentonville High School Office. Otherwise, donations can also be dropped off the day of the tournament. Concessions Purchases: All concession sales support our program, so be sure to stop by for a snack or drink!
Donate to Our Program: Contributions of any size are welcome to help fund our robotics program and provide more opportunities for students. Donation boxes will be available at the event, or you can speak with one of our organizers for more information.
Cheer for the Teams: Sometimes, the best help is enthusiastic support! Cheer on the teams and make this event memorable for all competitors.
