What do I need to graduate?

First, it depends on what year you entered 9th grade. The Mississippi Department of Education has recently updated graduation requirements. This important to know in order to make sure you remain On-Track for graduation!

If you entered 9th grade before 2018-2019 you are under the old graduation requirements. The class of 2021 should be the last group of students under this graduation option, unless a high school grade level was failed by the student.

If you entered 9th grade in 2018-2019 or later you are now under the new graduation requirements.

• These graduation requirements have different endorsement options and requirements.

  • All students should have selected a graduation endorsement track in 8th grade.

• Rules now in place before you can check out early as a senior. Read carefully!
