The Concert Band is at the core of the band program at Benton Community High School, and begins daily rehearsals at the conclusion of the marching season. This ensemble will place a major focus on the study and performance of band masterworks and will explore music theory, history, and the technique and facility required to successfully perform high-quality literature.

The Marching Bobcats are the most visible aspect of the band program at Benton Community High School. This ensemble is open to all students in grades 9-12 who play a band instrument. The Marching Bobcats meet for a one-week Band Camp towards the end of summer as well as for a number of additional evening rehearsals. This ensemble then meets primarily during 1^st Period daily..

The First Street Jazz Ensemble is an auditioned group that begins rehearsals in October, near the end of the marching season. Rehearsals are held Tuesday/Thursday from 7-8am.
