The purpose of the foundation is to encourage, preserve, promote and enhance the quality of education of the students by acquiring and distributing resources not available through public funding.
The Benson Public Schools Braves Foundation was created to pursue 501 (c)(3) non-profit funding to establish a tradition of excellence.
All donations are welcome. Long-Term Gifting Strategies include gifts of insurance, charitable annuities, gifts of retirement funds (beneficiary), living trusts, bequests/wills, and comprehensive estate plans.
Funds will be used at the discretion of the committee.
The mission of the Benson Public Schools Braves Foundation, a non-profit organization, is established to promote and support Benson Public Schools District 777 through community and alumni support.
Come back for Homecoming; cheer for the Braves; take in a concert or play. Volunteer in a classroom. Spread the word about BHS and The Benson Public Schools Braves Foundation.
The Advisory Committee includes representatives from the school, alumni, and parents who all believe that with your support, we will not only maintain but enhance the educational opportunities for the students of Benson Public Schools. We can make a difference in our student's lives by helping to provide them with a positive learning experience that will help prepare them to be successful and productive citizens. Your tax deductible contribution helps Benson students make a difference in the world.
As a supporter of The Benson Public Schools Braves Foundation, you have the ability to designate to which fund you would like to donate.
Universal Fund
This fund gives the Advisory Committee the most flexibility in designating funds where they are most needed.
Education Fund
This fund helps provide additional classroom curriculum and helps improve education programs.
Technology and Equipment Fund
This fund will allow our school to keep up with changes and be on the cutting edge of technology and equipment.
