Lettering Criteria
*Students with a speaking part at district contest, who finish the season in good standing will earn a letter for Play Production. This would include those members who play an instrument in a live band.
*Essential technical crew who finish the season in good standing will receive a letter. This would include light and sound technicians and stage managers. This would include academic eligibility as the state does not require these students to be academically eligible to participate.
*All students in the cast and crew in good standing will receive an automatic letter if the team qualifies to state.
*The coach may award letters to additional crew who have performed beyond the scope of normal duties (extra time committed at practices, outside set building, costume design or makeup work).
* Good standing will be determined by academic eligibility, not being in violation of the handbook policy as it pertains to activity eligibility, attendance at 70% of required practice, honoring the signed contract, and positive behavior.
