Every industry has its own language, and real estate is no different. Similar to learning a foreign language, learning the language of real estate takes practice. The more you use the words and phrases of the industry, the more natural it becomes.

This is why we have scripts and script practice.

Below is an ever-growing library of compiled scripts. You'll notice there aren't hundreds of scripts- you don't need hundreds, you just need to find a few that work for you. What do you say at an open house, at a buyer consultation, a CMA appointment? Inevitably when you meet someone new, they'll ask what you do. After you say you're a real estate agent they'll ask how the market is- what's your script? Be prepared and practice your scripts!
