When marketing yourself, there are very specific guidelines you must follow from the DOL, NWMLS and KW. Below are the guidelines and information that you need to familiarize yourself with prior to marketing yourself, or any property.

Market Center Logos
All of the current, approved logos are included in the folders below. Choose your market center, then choose your logo!
Pro tip: If you're placing your logo on a black, or colored background, don't use a jpeg, use a png. This will give you a transparent background, and help make your design look flawless!
Other Common Logos
The logos below are commonly used by Brokers on signage, flyer or other marketing pieces. White logos appear invisible due to the transparent background. Once added to your document against a dark background, they'll show up great.
Note: The Term Realtor®️ and logos may only be used by Brokers who are current on their NAR/ WAR and Local Association dues. Review the Membership Marks Manual for more detailed information about using the REALTOR® logo and trademark.
