There are two options for being part of the KW Luxury program: marketing an individual listing or as an earn-in agent. Below are the qualification details as well as some frequently asked questions about Luxury. Please read this carefully as it will answer most of your questions.

How can I qualify to be a luxury agent?

If you have sold four or more properties in the last 24 months that fall at or above the price point for your county in the earn-in column below, you may apply to be a Luxury Agent. By becoming a Luxury Agent with Keller Williams, you gain access to the benefits on the following page, and full use of the Luxury logo, per KW Luxury guidelines.

Can I advertise my listing as Luxury if I'm not a Luxury agent?

You can- if it qualifies as an Individual Listing. Keller Williams If you are listing a property at or above the price point in your county in the Individual Listing column, you may market that specific property as a Luxury Property.

Where can I find signs and marketing assets?

After you have confirmed that the property or you qualify, review the KW Luxury Style Guide HERE. Sign panels are available for purchase through SignPros HERE or in the KW Marketplace in Command.

Marketing a property as Luxury requires a sign panel purchase.

There is no approved option for a Luxury sign rider on a standard sign panel.
