DISCLOSURE PACKETS

The Disclosure Packets are required to be signed by each client, on each transaction. These packets are carefully written and could release YOU and your market center of certain liabilities. If you have any questions on these, please reach out to your Designed Broker.

To download, select a packet, click the 3 dots in the top right corner, and click Download.

*Please note: These packets cover every office.

**Pro Tip: There are signatures and/or initials required throughout the packet, not just the first page. Review the entire packet to ensure no signatures are missed, as well as for your own familiarity.
