Positive Reinforcement
Students will be rewarded for positive behaviors and interactions by:
Earning 3 PBIS points each day for each core class. The points will be put into PBIS accounts every two weeks. The students have the possibility to earn 15 PBIS points per class, per week.Â

Consequences
Students will receive consequences for negative behaviors and interactions by:
Student conferences with teachers.
Student conferences with teachers, PBIS classroom referral is made and the student completes a discipline form.
A student receives recess intervention, PBIS classroom referral is made, parent contact is made and the student completes a discipline form.
A student receives lunch intervention, PBIS classroom referral is made, parent contact is made and the student completes a discipline form.
A student receives recess and lunch intervention for a specified amount of time, PBIS classroom referral is made, parent contact is made, and the student completes a discipline form.
Office Referral 5 strikes - face to face meeting or a tele-conference with student, parents, administrators, and a teacher from that grade level team (during planning time).
10 strikes - after school detention (ASD)
15 strikes - Saturday School
20 strikes - in school suspension (ISA)
25 strikes - out of school suspension (OSS)
