I. Building and Property - Business Processes

This module covers the basic responsibilities of a Property manager, types of property, phases of responsibility, administration and legal aspects. Participants will learn practical tools and gain foundation in licensing requirements and process of setting up a legal entity.

II. Building and Property - Facilities Management

This module discusses the technical aspect which includes: turnover documentation on plans, warranties, manuals, building and occupancy permits. The module also tackles equipment testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance with focus on utilities, structures and amenities.

III. Building and Property - Financial Management

This module provides participants with an understanding of financial information, reports, accounting procedure tailored for building and property management. It covers finance related functions: planning, organizing and controlling of the annual budget, billings and collections, financial reports that are needed by the Developer. This course is geared towards identifying and analyzing overall financial needs of the property manager and managing financial resources.

IV. Building and Property - HR and OD: People and Culture Development

This module covers Human Resource and Organizational Development; Customer Service and Community Development that is focused on: people and culture development, public relations, social media, image/branding and controlled media access. The participants will develop an understanding on the strategy and effective operation of the organization and address organizational issue, problem or opportunity.
