I. Certificate in Supply Chain Management and Purchasing Management

This module provides the participants with an overview and basic understanding of the supply chain and introduces the four pillars of supply management. It will also discuss fundamental concepts of Purchasing Management.

II. Certificate in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and Production Operations

This module teaches the participants the various techniques of forecasting. It also discusses management of inventories as well as stock replenishment in the supply chain. It also provides the participants with an understanding of production planning and master scheduling, capacity planning and production management.

III. Certificate in Customer Service and Logistics Operations

This module will allow the participants to understand the new role of customer service in supply management. It shows how customer service can contribute to the overall business as well as understand how to establish customer service strategies in logistics operations and includes discussion on the warehousing functions as well as operating procedures and practices in the warehouse.

IV. Certificate in Management Skills

This module will provide the participants with basic management skills. It will allow the participants to understand financial matrics and its importance to the organization as well as teach them to manage projects to ensure timely implementation of programs and to manage risks in the supply chain.

V. Certificate in Purchasing Processes and Contract Management

This module covers the entire purchasing functions and processes, organization and policy formulation, and provides working knowledge and competency in purchasing. It covers procurement law and contract management and prepares the participants to contract formation and contract performance monitoring. Participants will discover how a contract fits into the purchasing and supply process. It also outlines buyers’ and suppliers’ obligations, and describes the over-all context under which a contract is prepared and managed.

VI. Certificate in Negotiation

This module makes participants prepared to conduct a negotiation in a professional way, substantially increasing the chances of success. Through this module, participants will be shown how to set realistic and achievable negotiation objectives and targets, and to incorporate them into the development of negotiation strategies. Questioning and active listening, and the use of tactics and different persuasion techniques are also discussed and presented.

VII. Certificate in Transportation and Distribution Management

This module is designed to teach articipants how to achieve international standards of logistics management in supply chains. It teaches how to optimize logistics performance levels and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs.

VIII. Certificate in Logistics Operation Strategies

This module will help the participants to understand and apply strategies in logistics operations to enhance the competitiveness of an organization and improve customer service level.
