Overview

The “Heal the Healers” group is designed for individuals who work in caring professions and often prioritize others' well-being over their own. This program is ideal for mental health professionals, nurses, doctors, social workers, activists, and others who face high levels of emotional and mental strain. Participants will connect with fellow healers, experience the therapeutic benefits of psilocybin in a supportive setting, and engage in meaningful integration work. The group fosters a sense of community and provides a space for healing, rejuvenation, and personal growth.

This experience is for you if:

You are curious about the transformational potential of psychedelics
You feel called to do your own healing work with psilocybin
You want to participate in a group psilocybin ceremony, hosted by OHA licensed facilitators
You want to learn more about and experience a non-directive approach to healing
You are open to the beauty, power and vulnerability of groupwork
You want to expand your understanding of this modality so you can better support your clients

Schedule

Week One - Application

Completed on your own schedule

Complete the Bendable Therapy online application and screening interview process
Finalize payments, scholarships, or other funding methods
Begin your participation in the program!

Week Two - Orientation

Completed on your own schedule

Schedule and attend a one-on-one virtual meeting to get to know your facilitators and answer any questions
Receive your Beyond the Trip journal to support your journey
Access the learning platform to begin exploring education resources, mindfulness practices, learn about psilocybin, and begin interacting with your group members

Week Three - Group Sessions

You must commit to attending each of these four scheduled meetings

Wednesday, March 5th at 5:30pm, Virtual - 90-minute virtual Planning Session with the full group
Friday, March 7th at 5:30pm, On-Site - 90-minute in-person Preparation Session with the group at the service center
Saturday, March 8th at 9:00am, On-Site - Full day group Psilocybin Session at the service center
Sunday, March 9th at 9:00am, On-Site - 90-minute in-person Integration Session with the group at the service center

Week Four - Continued Integration

The following continuing integration sessions are optional and offered at no additional charge:

One week after, Virtual - 90-minute virtual Integration Session with the group
Ongoing, Mixed - Monday night open group integration circles online or at the service center

Expectations and Requirements

This group is for healing practitioners of all types.
For the benefit of the entire group, please commit to being able to attend each of the four sessions as scheduled above.
Complete the Bendable Therapy application, intake, and screening process. This process is free of charge. Begin your application here.
All in-person sessions, including the psilocybin session, occur at one of our partnering service centers located in Bend, Oregon. You will be responsible for travel and lodging arrangements.

Cost

The cost to participate in this four week program is $2200
- Payment is due prior to beginning the program to secure your spot.
- Multiple payment options are available, including credit card and HSA.
- Bendable Therapy scholarships are available but currently limited. Email portal@bendabletherapy.org to inquire.
- The Psilocybin Access Fund provides $1500 grants that can be applied to this program. These are typically awarded monthly, so apply early. Learn more and apply here. (Please note that this is a third party program and not affiliated with Bendable Therapy)
