When Mr. Ottum was a middle schooler, his favorite subject was Band!

Mr. Ottum is currently working on creating a better classroom community! Because of the nature of a band class, students (and their teacher) often focus only on rehearsal time or what needs to get done before the next performance. Mr. Ottum wants to give students opportunities to connect with their peers and reach beyond their friend groups, since we will be a better band if we better appreciate the individuality of our class members.
