February 7th you may begin on-line registration @: https://www.familyid.com/mountain-view-high-school
February 23rd – All athletes must be completely cleared, including payment by3:00 PM this day in order to be cleared for practice Monday, February 28th.
*FIRST MANDATORY PRACTICE IS MONDAY, February 28th / Athletic Office CLOSED
CLEARING FOR A SPRING SPORT
1. Sign up on-line. https://familyid.com/mountain-view-high-school. YOU MUST SELECT SAVE AND CONTINUE, THEN THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE END!!
2. Pay in the accounting office or on-line through In-Touch. https://touchbase.bend.k12.or.us
Pay to play fees are $100 per sport. All athletes must be cleared off the FINES list!!
3. Please bring or email your sports physical, if applicable, to the athletic office for initial clearing. Note: all Freshman and Juniors are required to have a new physical exam dated May 1, 2021 or later. IF YOU DID NOT get a physical as a freshman or junior, you must get one as a sophomore or senior.
ü All athletes must have passed 5 of 7 classes/2.5 credits and maintained a 2.0 GPA the previous semester. (February 2022 Report Card)
ü All athletes must be currently enrolled in 2.5 credits.
ü All athletes must be on track to graduate at the beginning of the school year.
