BMS PTO Club Registration

After school clubs are a great way for students to find their passion

Club Fee: $100 per club ($125 for coding clubs)

Session One Registration  CLOSED_  Deadline was Tuesday, September 23rd

Session Two Registration  OPEN_  Deadline is Tuesday, December 16th

Session Three Registration  OPEN_  Deadline is Tuesday, March 10th

Note: Registration is open for all three sessions until a club is filled or the registration deadline has been reached. Feel free to sign up now for any of the clubs in any of the three club sessions.

About the BMS PTO clubs:

• Registration is completed on https://bmsclubs.schooltwist.org/Registration

• Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is best completed by using a computer (not your mobile device).

• Payment by credit card will be required during the initial registration, unless a student is placed on the waitlist or requests financial assistance. If you prefer to pay by check, please email us for the process.

• Waitlist families will only pay if a space becomes available.

• There is a waitlist option, so if a club is full, you can still sign up and see if a space becomes available.

• Financial Assistance may be available, but is limited to one (1) student per session. Deadline to apply are the registration deadlines for each session.

  • If you apply for financial aid for more than one club at the same time during the school year, only one club will be reserved immediately without payment within School Twist registration.

  • For any additional clubs, you will be prompted to pay upfront. A refund will be issued later if further financial aid is approved.

  • To guarantee your child’s place in a club, we recommend paying the full fee during registration. If your financial aid request is approved, you will be reimbursed for the difference or receive a full refund if you don't qualify.
