It is our goal that staff would be able to plan ahead to avoid paying out of pocket for any costs.  However, we recognize that sometimes it is impossible where you need to pay out of pocket and receive reimbursement for your purchase, please ensure you have approval from your manager before making the purchase.

• Reimbursement, this is the form to complete to receive your reimbursement with your manager's approval
