SCHEDULE OR SAVE AS DRAFT
When creating an assignment, question, or announcement in Google Classroom, you don’t have to post it right away.
To Schedule a Post:
Create your assignment/announcement.
Next to Assign (or Post), click the ▼ drop-down arrow.
Select Schedule.
Choose your desired date and time → click Schedule.
To Save as a Draft:
Create your assignment/announcement.
Next to Assign (or Post), click the ▼ drop-down arrow.
Select Save draft.
Drafts can be found under the Classwork tab or Stream, labeled Draft.
💡 Tip: Scheduling posts is a great way to plan ahead and keep a consistent workflow, while drafts let you start something now and finish it later.
When you schedule assignments, you can push out to multiple classes at once–a huge time-saver!
