If a student is unable to access Eduphoria Aware, please first confirm that they are logging in correctly using either the LockDown Browser or Classlink.
If they continue to experience difficulties, as their teacher, please proceed to reset their password using the directons to the right.
If the issue persists,contact your designated campus representative. Should the campus representative be unavailable, please submit a ticket to the Tech Team and the Eduphoria Helpdesk for documentation.
