We have found that using google sites for updating and modifying information is easier than using the school site. Please submit a helpdesk ticket in Eduphoria with the link to your published site, and we will update the school site accordingly.
At a minimum, every classroom teacher must post and update:
○ Course Name
○ Teacher’s Email Address
○ Teacher’s Phone Number
○ Teacher’s Conference Time (Red & White Days)
○ Remind Information if available
○ What We Will Cover This Year/Course Syllabus

A digital learning environment, such as Google Classroom or SeeSaw has the capability to organize course material, differentiate lessons, and engage our students. All staff members are being asked to create a digital learning environment.
Select one of the options below, based on your role and use the document to the right in creating your digital learning environment:
K-1: Seesaw
2-12: Google Classroom
Administrators/Instructional Coach/Para Lead Instructor: Review Recommendations for staff and ensure all staff have created the learning environment based on their grade level.
Librarians: Librarians can use Google Classroom or Seesaw to share content and information with students. Choose which works best for you!

At the beginning of each instructional year, it is necessary to create your new Teacher Ascender Portal account. If you have issues, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket for assistance.

If you are new to BISD or have moved to a different campus, it may be necessary to have campus office copiers installed on your school issued device. If you do not have the copiers installed, please submit an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket to schedule an appointment.
If you are a returning employee, staying on the same campus, please complete a test print to verify your connection.
If you are successful in printing then no further action is necessary.
