Step 1: Check your phone

If you are in the same room as you were last year, everything remains the same.  If you find your phone does not have the correct extension, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket for assistance.

Step 2: Connect your devices

Pick up your tech bag and connect your devices.  Turn everything on and make sure that all peripherals function properly.  If you find issues, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket for assistance. 

Step 3: Teacher Ascender Portal

At the beginning of each instructional year, it is necessary to create your new Teacher Ascender Portal account.  If you have issues, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket for assistance.

Step 4: ClassLink

Check your ClassLink launchpad and verify that you have all of the necessary curriculum apps.  If you have issues, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket under the ClassLink tab for assistance. 

Step 5: Staff ID Badge

For safety and security reasons, it is imperative that all staff obtain a current ID badge.  If you have not received one, please put in an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket. 

Step 6: Email Signature

Having an email signature is an important step to clearly identify yourself in several communication areas. These instructions will walk you through setting up your email signature so that all recipients know your name, role, and campus.
