HEALTH AND WELLNESS POLICY

*BELLS ISD HEALTH SERVICES NOTIFICATION*

Administration of OVER-THE-COUNTER medications and PRESCRIPTION medications during the school day REQUIRE a medical provider AND parent/guardian signature. 

This includes but not limited to: Ibuprofen or acetaminophen, oral or topical allergy medication, insect bite or burn-gel.
