About Me
About Me
My name is Samantha Husain and I currently teach 7th grade math at Bell Oaks Upper Elementary. I earned a B.S. in Secondary Math Education from Mount St. Mary's University in 2020. I taught for 3 years in Maryland. During this time I taught 6th and 7th grade math on grade, honors, and intervention level classes. I also taught 7th grade math in Bridgeton, NJ during the 2023 - 2024 school year. I am a passionate and empathetic middle school math teacher with 5+ years of experience. I am proficient in delivering differentiated instruction that meets the learning objectives while also fostering the social emotional growth of each student. I love collaborating with coworkers and community members to create well-rounded lessons for students of all backgrounds. I hope to positively impact the lives of middle school students by cultivating positive relationships, dedication to curriculum, and facilitating a beneficial learning environment for all!
