About Me

Hello and Welcome Back to a brand-new school year!

This is my second year as a Reading and Math interventionist at Bellmawr Park Elementary school, but it’s my 17th year in the Bellmawr District! For the first 13 years, I worked at Bell Oaks Upper Elementary School. I am looking forward to working with and motivating each striving learner to take an active part in his or her own success.

I am a graduate of DeSales University where I majored in Elementary Education and Special Education. After college, I worked in South Brunswick for two years before coming to Bellmawr. I have worked in Bellmawr for 15 years. I am proud to be a teacher in a community of educators and parents that view our children as individuals and challenge them academically and also encourage them to develop a sense of responsibility and wise decision-making skills.

I love to learn and continue to take graduate courses to stay current in the latest educational strategies to enhance my instruction. I also have an additional reading certificate in the Wilson Reading System.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd, Sawyer, and getting together with my family as much as possible.
