About Me

My name is Hailey Jacob and this is my 1st year in Bell Oaks but my 4th year working in Bellmawr School District. I am a graduate from Rowan University with a Bachelors degree in K-6 Elementary Education and a Bachelors in Writing Arts with a specialization in Creative Writing.

My teaching philosophy is centered on the belief that every student is unique and that success does not look the same for every child. Students come into the classroom with different strengths, interests, experiences, and ways of learning, and I believe it is my responsibility to create an environment where those differences are valued and supported. Above all, I want my students to love learning and genuinely enjoy coming to school each day.

When not in the classroom I spend my time with my husband and two children going on walks, sporting events, and beach trips.
