Dear 8th Grade Parents/Guardians:

If your student is facing an extended absence from school, it is important that, if able, he/she try to keep up with schoolwork as much as possible during this period of time. Please encourage your student to take the following steps daily:

1. Check Google Classroom for assignments. 

2. Check the grade level website for the weekly overview.

3. Check email for messages from teachers.

4. Check Progressbook for grade updates.

5. Reach out to teachers via email with any questions. Teachers can also speak to the student virtually if the student needs assistance.

By working together students, teachers, and parents can ensure a smooth transition back into the classroom when the time is right. Thank you for working with our teachers as a partner in your child’s education.
