Owner/CEO of Behavior Navigators (est. 2023)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (2021), certified special education teacher and certified general education teacher with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors. Dedicated to empowering and guiding educators, parents, or guardians through data collection and implementation of research-based interventions that shape behaviors. Jennifer received her bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at UTSA in 2008, and her masters degree from Texas A & M in 2021.

Chelsea Boyd, RBT
Chelsea is a mom of 4 with an active duty army life style. When she is not cuddled up with a book, or a tv show; she can be found in the kitchen baking, cooking, listening to music, playing board games, or spending time with family. Chelsea loves to travel, hike and explore all of the unknown. She am a full time student working towards becoming a BCBA. Chelsea is a fall girl all the way, during that time of year she can be found among the orange leaf trees with apple cider or pumpkin spice in my hand.

Natalia Yanar, RBT
Natalia is a 22-year-old with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio. With a strong passion for helping others, she is currently interested in pursuing a career as a Speech Language Pathologist. She is a family-oriented individual who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Natalia has a keen interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which she nurtures through Yoga, Pilates, and long walks.

Diane Flores, M.Ed
Diane Flores is a Special Education Director who has over 25 years of experience working with individuals with unique social and communication needs. Before becoming a Special Education Director she was an Autism Specialist and Special Education Teacher. During this time she assisted students, parents, teachers and public educator stakeholders in understanding behaviors in order to create positive changes that impact socialization and communication. Diane enjoys volunteering and promoting inclusive sports for area athlete and families. As the Social Skills Navigator for Behavior Navigators, Diane provides fun, interactive and lifetime changing experiences for out clients participating in Let's Get Social Saturdays and Bussin Thursday classes.

Susana Burford
Teacher with over 30 years of experience developing creative lesson plans and implementing instructional best practices in elementary schools. Experienced in both providing individual support and leading group sessions. Special Education Teacher familiar with challenges associated with teaching special needs children. Works with classroom teachers to develop accommodations and special techniques for mainstream classroom inclusion. Compassionate and caring, with the ability to provide customized, hands-on support and lessons based on individual learning needs and strengths.
