Poopy Pooper End User License Agreement

This Poopy Pooper End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your use of Poopy Pooper, Beepocalypse Ventures LLC’s Simulation Software. Poopy Pooper can be used for a wide range of applications, including entertainment, demonstration, and education.

This Agreement is a legal document detailing your rights and obligations related to using Beepocalypse Ventures LLC’s proprietary computer software program known as Poopy Pooper and any updates or upgrades to the program made available by Beepocalypse Ventures LLC. By downloading or using the Licensed Technology, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be effective upon the first of those events to occur. If you do not or cannot agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Licensed Technology. When we say, “you,” “your” or “yourself”, we mean you as an individual or the legal entity exercising rights under this Agreement through you. When we say “Beepocalypse Ventures LLC,” “we” or “us,” we are referring to the Beepocalypse Ventures LLC entity responsible for providing Licensed Technology.

Rights and Obligations are found below

1. You must enjoy using this Computer Software Program “Poopy Pooper”, expressing any disenjoyment would make the developer very sad.

2. You may not redistribute this Computer Software Program “Poopy Pooper” onto any other platforms or storefronts.

3. Beepocalypse Ventures LLC and its employees are not responsible for any unintentional damage or unintentional harm (to you or your property) that this Computer Software Program "Poopy Pooper" may cause.

4. This Computer Software Program should only be enjoyed by those who have legally and lawfully purchased a copy of “Poopy Pooper” on an officially endorsed storefront or platform.

5. You own the right to run the Computer Software Program “Poopy Pooper” on any machine belonging to you and only you.

6. Beepocalypse Ventures LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action upon thee if you are found to be in breach of any of the aforementioned rights and obligations.
